- Clinical dental charts, radiographic images, photographs, and treatment notes.
- PRSI PPS numbers (for state benefit verification) and private health insurance policy details.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your information is solely used for providing diagnosis and dental care, sending appointment reminders, processing PRSI/insurance claims, and clinical correspondence with dental specialists or medical doctors when necessary for your healthcare.

All electronic patient records are stored on secure, encrypted clinical management software protected with strict access controls and regular off-site encrypted backups. Dental records are retained in compliance with Irish medical record retention legislation.
