Appointment Cancellation Policy

Notice Period for Rescheduling or Cancellation

At Donabate Dental Clinic, we strive to provide punctual, high-quality dental care to all our patients. To allow us to offer unfilled appointment slots to patients experiencing acute toothache or emergency trauma, we kindly request a minimum of 24 to 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your booked appointment.

Short-Notice Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments (failure to attend) prevent other patients in discomfort from receiving timely care. In instances of repeated short-notice cancellations or missed appointments, a deposit or cancellation charge may be required before booking subsequent appointments.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand that genuine unforeseen emergencies, illness, and family crises happen. Please notify our reception team as soon as possible on (01) 808 5396 so we can update our diary and assist you in finding an alternative date.
